We hope that 2011 is off to a great start for you and your agencies and wanted to begin the year with two big 'thank yous' and a preview of what's to come...
Thank you to those who were able to participate in the Big League Conference in the fourth quarter. We were pleased to connect with so many of you and participate in good 'dugout' sessions, vendor presentations, constructive input, and the level of engagement that is a hallmark of this great group.

Though 'thank you' hardly seems adequate, our second goes to Rebecca Pyle who is retiring at the end of March. Rebecca has done a tremendous job in serving our Globalware agencies and will be a very tough act to follow. We are nearing selection of her replacement, and will keep you apprised. In the interim, rest assured that Miguel, Jules, April, Margaux, Jacquie and the rest of the team will work with Rebecca to ensure a smooth transition and to advance our Globalware strategy.
On that note, budgets are approved and with the great input from all of you, we are working on a number of Globalware enhancements based on the prioritized list from the 'shopping spree'. The first milestone is pending approval this month and we will share more details in the days to come. We thank you for your partnership and your commitment, and look forward to a successful 2011.
